Welcome Home
Australia at Home exists to bring together people from across Australian civil society. At this pivotal moment in our shared history, it’s never been more important to create a space to support each other, to grow and to think our way through the unprecedented challenge we face together.
Australia at Home came to life during the lockdown. The community has hosted lively, thoughtful and engaging daily events.
Speakers from across civil society, culture and political spectrum have shared their thoughts and ideas through this remarkable moment.
During this time we have built a community of more than 10,000 people who want to engage in civil, civic discussion.
As we move out of lockdown, the daily events will stop, but we want to keep the conversation going with regular talks including:
Fortnightly Political Geekfest to discuss the Guardian Essential report
Monthly Guardian Book Club
But with your support we will also be offering to host lunches and talks for organisations that have something to say. And you can support us by just turning up!
Lunchtime briefings
